We send you miles every year on your registered birthday. If you register within 30 days of your birthday, miles will start from your next birthday.
Miles back: an example
For example, on a ¥30,000 purchase (yen equivalent) you earn the following miles depending on your tier. Miles can be exchanged for coupons at 1 mile = ¥1.
How to use miles
From 100 miles, you can exchange miles for coupons to use at checkout. 1 mile = ¥1, and the coupon amount is converted into your local currency at checkout.
Mile coupons are valid for 30 days from the date of exchange. Expired coupons cannot be reissued, so please use them before they expire.

- 1,000 miles→¥1,000 OFF
- 3,000 miles→¥3,000 OFF
- 5,000 miles→¥5,000 OFF

FAQ
When are miles added?
Miles are added automatically once your order is complete. It may take a little time for them to appear. You can check them via the icon at the bottom right of the screen or in My Account.
When are miles added for pre-order items?
For orders placed on or after the programme launch (June 29, 2026), miles are added when you order, even for pre-order items that have not yet shipped.
For items ordered before the launch that have not yet shipped, miles are added automatically when they ship. No action is needed.
When is my tier updated?
Your tier is updated automatically based on the miles you earned in the past 12 months.
Where can I check my mile balance?
Via the icon at the bottom right of the site, or in My Account after logging in.
How do I exchange miles for a coupon?
You can exchange from 100 miles. Open the icon at the bottom right of the screen and choose a coupon from the redemption menu, then enter the coupon code at checkout.
Do mile coupons expire?
Yes. Mile coupons are valid for 30 days from the date of exchange. Expired coupons cannot be reissued, so please use them before they expire.
When are birthday miles added?
On your registered birthday, not when you register it.
If you register within 30 days of your birthday, miles will start from your next birthday, so please register early.
Does using miles lower my tier?
No. Your tier is based on the total miles you earned in the past 12 months, so exchanging miles for coupons does not affect it.
Do I need an account to earn miles?
Yes. Sign up and shop while logged in to earn miles.
