We offer a 7-day free trial so that you can actually try out the knife and see how it feels to use.

The 7-day free trial is a system that guarantees a full refund or return if the Perfect Knife does not meet your expectations, as long as it is returned within 4 to 7 days from the date of delivery.

We hope you will try out the Bulletproof Knife for a few days in your everyday cooking.

*The free trial is only available for the Perfect Knife and Petty Perfect Knife. Please note that it cannot be used for other products.

7-day trial period process

Step 1: Order online
・Select the Perfect Knife and enter your customer information. We will deliver it to your home free of charge.

Step 2: Start your trial period
- Enjoy the blissful cutting feel of a perfect knife for 7 days from the day the product arrives.

Step 3: Returns and refunds
・If you are not satisfied, we will accept returns and refunds.

Free trial period

The free trial period begins from the date of delivery. "More than 4 days but less than 7 days."

If your order is delivered on January 1st, the final trial date will be January 7th, the seventh day after delivery.

Please note that the free trial period will end after the 8th day from delivery and you will be required to purchase the product.

Examples of when the 7-day trial period is not applicable

• Intentional product failure
• Rust due to improper use
• Deterioration such as scratches
• Accidental order
• Other reasons that differ from "trial intent"

Return Procedure

1. Please contact us using the return request form: Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons other than the intended trial, such as intentional product failure, deterioration such as rust or scratches due to improper use, etc.

2. Delivery of return kit: After confirming that your application is eligible for the trial, we will deliver a return kit to your specified address. Please pack the item you wish to return and send it to the specified address.

3. Returning the product and refunding : We will refund the purchase price after you return the product to the specified address. Please rest assured that return shipping is free (Tashinam will cover the shipping costs). We will send you a return kit, so please pack and return the product.
