13.Returns and Exchanges

1. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us in advance by email.

2. Please return the product to the address specified by our company.

3. Once we have received the returned product, we will promptly ship the replacement product or process the refund.

14. Receipt

Please be sure to collect your package within one week of shipping. The delivery company will store your package for approximately one week. If the period expires, your package may be returned to us.

If the customer enters an incorrect address when placing an order, or if the product is returned because the customer is unable to receive it due to an extended absence or relocation, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and re-shipping fee.

Please note that if we contact you by email after the returned item and you do not provide us with a re-shipping address within one month, your order will be canceled (no refunds will be given).
