Food, something we take for granted, is the foundation of our bodies
--What role does cooking play in your daily life?
We eat three times a day, and we think it's normal to eat when the time comes, but if you think about it, those "normal meals" are what build our bodies .
I only realised this after my child was born.
I had always loved cooking and eating, but I realized that my child's body would grow up eating the food I cooked .
I began to feel that eating is the very essence of life .
That's why I want the time I spend cooking and eating to be as comfortable as possible. I cook with the hope that both myself and the mothers who prepare the meals will be able to enjoy the time as peacefully as possible .
Cooking dinner was a pain for me, but koji saved me.
-Where does your motivation to continue cooking come from?
After all, the best thing is to have someone to eat it.
After my child was born, I had no free time in the evenings, and there was a time when making dinner felt like a pain .
At that time, I discovered koji, which was a great help. It reduced the amount of work, made the food taste better, and reduced the amount of additives, so it was perfect for me at the time.
Making everyday cooking easier is a big deal.
It was a huge thing for me to change cooking time from being a pain to being a bit of a pleasure.
I thought "communication" was something far away
--What was the trigger that made you start sharing your thoughts?
I hadn't anticipated it at all. But I think that for people who lead busy lives, especially mothers, cooking can often be a bit of a pain.
That's why, having learned from my own experience that just having wisdom and ingenuity like koji can make everyday life so much easier, I started this with the hope that it would reach people who are in the same situation .
Until then, I was a full-time housewife and thought, "Maybe I'll never be able to work as a chef again," but I thought, "Maybe I could do it in the form of communication."
I was also a beginner when it came to social media, but I started posting with the thought, "I'd be happy if my posts reached someone."
"My family asked for seconds!" "I've made it many times!" I'm truly happy to hear such reports.
-What reaction from your followers made you happy?
"It's become a staple in our home!" "It's my kids' favorite!" It makes me really happy to hear people say this, and it makes my job worthwhile.
Just as my love for cooking began when my family was pleased with the food and said it was delicious, it makes me feel warm inside when I imagine people who make my recipes, find their families happy, and feel glad that they made them.
Many of my recipes have simple seasonings, so even those who are unfamiliar with the taste of koji can enjoy them. I hope that this will convey the message that the rich flavor of koji makes this simple product so delicious, and that it will encourage people to pick it up.
Ideas come to me in random moments in my daily life.
-Where do you get your recipe ideas?

There are many hints in everyday life.
When I see new products at the supermarket or as the seasons change , I get the feeling that "this flavor is popular right now," and that's when I get ideas for recipes.
After that, I first combine things in my head , thinking, "Maybe this combination will work," and then I actually make a prototype and adjust it. I make prototypes many times until I'm satisfied with it , and finally I complete something that I think is "this."
If even just one dish could be served at someone's table,
-What message do you want to convey through your communications from now on?
Even though we can only connect through the screen, I think it's a very precious thing that they think my food looks delicious and then actually make it at home.
I would be incredibly happy if even one dish from my recipe ends up on someone's dinner table.
I would be happy if this could be an opportunity for those who, even though they are busy, think about their family's health and work hard to prepare meals every day to relax a little, cook comfortably, and cook delicious meals to keep their family in shape .
Today too, we put our heart into making meals that we take for granted.
-Finally, please give a message to your followers.
Thank you so much for your always kind comments.
I have been able to continue this way thanks to all of you who watch my videos.
Because I believe this is not something to be taken for granted, I would like to continue sharing information that will make cooking a little more enjoyable.
