When I watched videos of other people using the knife, I was first drawn to its smooth cutting edge. As someone who loves cooking, eating is also a way of life , so my first impression was that I wanted to get my hands on one as a tool that I would use for the rest of my life.

Also, when I first picked it up, it was lighter than I expected . I thought it would be heavier, but it was light, stylish, and lovely.

-What food was particularly impressive when you cut it with the Perfect Knife?

The best part is chicken with the skin on . Until now, I had to cut it several times with the knife, but with this knife, I can cut it cleanly in one go, which is very satisfying.

I was also very surprised when I cut the green onion . When I used to work at a restaurant, I was told that "you can tell the quality of a knife by how sharp it is when cutting a green onion."

-Compared to the knives you have used up until now, where do you think the Perfect Knife fits in?

The sharpness of the Kanzenmuki knife is so outstanding that it makes me wonder, "What kind of knife have I been using up until now?" (laughs) To be honest, I was amazed that such a good knife could be used at home.

I have worked in the kitchen before, and while there are many different types of knives, I was impressed by how sharp this knife is, and how easy it is to maintain , something I had never seen with any other knife before.

-How does the Perfect Knife go with the dishes you usually make?

Although it is not directly related to koji or fermented dishes, I hope that the time spent cooking will be a pleasant experience for both the cook and the person they are cooking for.
This knife has made cutting fun and made me want to cut more, so I feel like cooking itself has become a lot more enjoyable.
