About order cancellations

For washing, please use powdered soap or detergent based on natural oils.
Avoid chlorine bleach and detergents containing optical brighteners.
Also, avoid fabric softener as much as possible.
After washing or use, hold both ends and give it a good shake, then spread it to dry in a sunny, well-ventilated spot.
Moving it into the shade before it dries completely lets the towel cool gently, bringing out its natural qualities.
1. Avoid leaving the towel damp — it can cause fading or color transfer.
2. The pile may catch on something and pull out. If a loop pulls out, trim it at the base with scissors.
