--What was your impression when you first heard about the Perfect Knife?

--In what situations do you usually notice the quality of a knife?

Since I have children, cooking is a race against time .

Of course, functionality is important, but more than that, I'm drawn to tools that convey the maker's thoughts and background . Since I cook every day, I want to choose tools that I can cherish and use for a long time, even if they are a little expensive.

-What was your first impression when you actually used it?

Having worked in the kitchen for many years, I have come to realize that a good knife has weight to it . When I picked up the Kanpei Mukken knife, I could feel its solid weight and the sharpness of its blade, and I immediately knew it was amazing.

The grip is easy to hold and feels natural in your hand, making it very easy to use.

-Is there any food item for which you particularly felt the difference in sharpness?

--How easy is it to maintain and resharpen on a daily basis?

I usually just wash it and then wipe it down to remove any remaining moisture . I was surprised that just doing that didn't make the blade lose its sharpness.

I also used the sharpening service once, and it was so smooth and reassuring that I only had to drop it in the post and it was returned in less than a week.

I would like this product to be used not only by people who cook every day, but also by people who want to enjoy cooking even when they are busy.
